Human Resources Specialist
Lees MarketPlace is a growing company and as a result we are seeking a Human Resources Specialist HRS.
The HRS is responsible for total store culture and service and develops that through the training guidance and example of company core values.
They are accountable for all new hire and existing team member onboarding training and benefits.
The HRS will coordinate and follow up on department specific training and certifications.
Provide Front End Specific and total store initial training and lead culture and service behavior.
They will work closely with and build strong functional relationships with all store and department managers and team members.

Primary work is performed in retail store environment with prolonged standing and walking.
