You will be responsible to secure, manage and direct project administration and closeout, utilize project management software and track project performance and milestones.
You will also be required to frequently interact with customers along with internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is one who is able to manage multiple projects - and is interested in developing and strengthening their operational and project management expertise.
The ability to provide a high-level of customer service is paramount - with the ability to effectively perform with minimal supervision.
You will be accountable for addressing each job and each customer with skill, knowledge, and professionalism.
Job Responsibilities Core duties and responsibilities include the following:
Schedule, supervise and respond to all related work activities to successful completion (including participating in the A/R collection process as needed) Provides frequent input to customers and key stake-holders based on observations from the field; this will include planning, tracking and updating schedules with clients, subcontractors and vendors Provide timely and appropriate project documentation to stakeholders Review daily requirements of each project, document progress and notify supervisor of progress and challenges, while working under time constraints to meet each specific timeline Schedule the completed job tasks to include but not limited to the timely updating all job management software and to ensure sub-contractor performance (to include the selecting, directing and managing those vendors) Start (and complete) jobs in a timely manner - and within budgeted guidelines; this will include managing final walk-thru, scope of work completion, and receiving a signed certificate of satisfaction at completion Work Experience & Skills Minimum of three years of successful project management (or similar work) - and must also demonstrate or be willing to perform the following:
Highly organized - with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects Must have expert level communication skills:
verbal, written and ability to comprehend and construct correspondence, listening skills, telephone skills, persuading and negotiating skills, information gathering skills, and presentation skills Must have basic math skills Work cooperatively with others and able to excel in a team environment Must be comfortable and proficient using various computer software programs and tools Must have dependable transportation Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening Job Type:
