The successful candidate will support our accounting operations by supporting key responsibilities such as AP, AR, invoice generation, expense reimbursements, reporting, etc.
This role is vital in ensuring the accuracy of our financial documents and in helping to ensure smooth operations within the business.
Key
Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports on a part-time basis Support the accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely transactions Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts to maintain accurate financial records Assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting Provide administrative support to the accounting department, including filing and record-keeping Collaborate with team members on special projects and audits, as needed Utilize accounting software to input and manage financial data efficiently Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to resolve financial issues
Qualifications:
2
years of experience in an accounting or financial role Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with accounting software Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data Strong organizational and time-management skills, suited for a part-time schedule Ability to work independently and as part of a team Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Compensation:
