Summary:
This Fleet Administrative Assistant position will support our Transportation Team in our North Salt Lake office.
This position is currently full time.
Duties/
Responsibilities:
Understands OSHA, DOT, Fleet specific regulations, licensing, registration, and reporting requirements Scheduling regular maintenance on all vehicles Ordering urgent or emergency repairs as needed Managing vehicle licensure and registration Providing reports to management on budgeting, schedules, maintenance and fleet progress Developing methods to decrease cost and improve efficiency Other duties as assigned The duties and responsibilities described are not a comprehensive list and additional tasks may be assigned as needed Required Skills/Abilities:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Previous administrative assistant experience Ability to work independently Excellent communication and writing skills Reliable and dependable work ethic Highly effective organizational skills Team player focused on the success of the team Required Education/

High School Diploma Enviro Care, Inc.
