Administrative Assistant I

We are currently searching for an Administrative Assistant to support our Senior Management Team at Lexington. As an Administrative Assistant you will perform administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors. Duties may include:
- Create and revise Powerpoint presentations
- Create and write a monthly news letter
- Schedule appointments, travel and calendar items for various managers/directors
- Set up conference calls
- Oversee and track headset distribution
- Oversee monthly incentive budgets and items for each department
- Receive, review and distribute client NPF surveys
- Order and pick up lunches for executives
- Provide front desk support (answering phones, helping clients and vendors that come in)
- File and maintain all office paperwork
- Make copies for presentations, meetings, etc.
- Order, maintain and track all office supplies
- Event planning
- Additional office duties and support as needed
-2 + years in an office environment and/or administrative assistant role
-Ability to prioritize, organize, problem solve and multi-task
-Must have good phone and grammar skills
-Must be professional and have good interpersonal skills
-Good attention to detail
-Creative experience including creating company flyers, news letters and emails
-Event planning experience
-Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
