Billing / Accounts Receivable
LifeLine for Youth is a counseling center for troubled youth offering residential, day, and out-patient treatment services. We are looking for a Billing and Accounts Receivable Manager to add to our team.
Primary duties include:
All billing for services, creating invoices, applying payments, coordinating insurance billing with 3rd party company, matching insurance EOB and reconciling client statements, collections, coordinating Accounts Receivable with our accounting staff. Other general office duties as needed.
Must have good computer skills, Excel
Must have excellent customer service skill, good with people.
Experience with billing and accounts receivables.
Medical insurance billing, understanding of EOB's a plus.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Must be a good role model and have a lifestyle consistent with the values we are teaching the youth. No tobacco, alcohol, or drug use.
