Wage: $12.00-$14.00 (pay rate is based on experience)
Eligible for year-end performance bonus

The Administrative Assistant reports directly to the CEO and assists executive level staff in meeting the
goals of the organization. The associate is expected to utilize previous training, experience, knowledge,
skills, and abilities to properly manage the scope of activities in this position.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES (Duties and Responsibilities)
Provide exceptional phone and email support to Go Natural's customers; responding to general
inquiries and forwarding calls to the appropriate party
Compose memos, transcribe notes, take dictation, and help create presentations as needed
Maintain personal and group calendars and coordinate schedules and events as needed
Perform general office duties such as research, price, and order office supplies
Ensure front-office equipment is in working order, interact with vendors, and file records
Keep the office tidy and storage areas clean and organized
Assist in modifying and improving the company's service systems, workflow and polices
Assist with coordination of fulfillment obligations
May perform data entry and assist with data entry projects
Maintain the company's handbooks, manuals, guides, and all other types of reference materials;
performing routine audits to ensure the information is current
Use SharePoint and other devices to publish and maintain important company communication
Complete various other projects and tasks as required by upper management
Perform other tasks and obligations when delegated by management
The following minimum qualifications are required in order for an individual to perform the essential
duties and responsibilities of this job:
Office administration practices and procedures; principles and practices of sound business
communication; correct English usage, including spelling, grammar and punctuation
Interact well with all staff, demonstrate ability to be a team player, follow direction, and have an
enthusiastic and positive attitude
Perform responsibilities with honesty and integrity
Active listener and communicator with a strong focus on customer service
Courteous and patient individual that is a motivated self-starter
Organized, detail oriented, and punctual to work, meetings, and training sessions
Ability to work independently, problem solve, and make decisions with minimal supervision
Adaptable to frequent changes, delays, and unexpected events
Exercises good judgment, keeping in mind company policies and procedures
Ability to learn quickly in order to accurately enter data in a computer software application for
program documentation
High School Diploma or GED and at least (1) one year of experience in an administrative
assistant role
Prior experience of and proficiency in computers with a working knowledge of computer
browsers, MS Word and Excel required. Knowledge of MS Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
is preferred.
Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a manufacturing
environment preferred

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
