Computer proficient-type 35-40 wpm, navigating and multi-tasking experience
Customer Service experience; Prefer at least 1-2 years of Call Center experience (Financial/mortgage background a plus)
High level of professionalism, honesty, and drive, with a passion to excel
Excellent communication, problem solving skills, time management, organization and multi-tasking abilities
Demonstrated success attaining and exceeding performance goals
Comfortable working on the phone with customers in a high-volume call center environment
Ability to listen to customer challenges and issues, provide assistance towards a potential resolution, and resolve their concerns
Stable, relevant work history
High School Diploma or GED required
Must pass a background check and drug screen
Must be available to work any shift between hours of M-F 6am-10pm, Sat 7am-7pm
