Summary:
Ensure team meets realistic timelines for single and large scale projects. Evaluate new projects and defer to proper team member for task execution.
IT Project Manager Job Duties:
Accomplish IT objectives by assigning and scheduling IT related tasks; communicating project expectations with team members and inter-company requestors; planning, monitoring and reviewing statuses.
Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to timeline plans and reviews; preparing timeline objectives and milestones; implementing project processes and standards of evaluation for reporting to management.
Provides job knowledge by documenting projects and processes developed while working with team members; create evaluation criteria for new projects to better identify project needs and resource requirements.
Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership of communication between departments; exploring opportunities to add value to project accomplishments.

Minimum Experience and Degrees Required:
2
years' experience working in or with a technical team environment
Understanding of customer & position based prioritizing
Computer software/system troubleshooting (Tier 1)
Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Ability to type at least 45 WPM
Ideal Candidates May Poses the Following:
Knowledge of Atlassian tools (JIRA & Confluence) STRONG PLUS
IT/Helpdesk related background
Understanding of workflow and workflow design concepts
Ability to act as intermediary between technical team and end-users while using appropriate technical language
