Experienced Civil Superintendent

Job Description
We currently have a need for a superintendent that has experience in civil construction. Our company is continuing to grow and we need a superintendent to work with our project managers on different public works projects that include utilities, concrete roads, asphalt paving, bridges, and many other site work type activities. The projects require experience in the following areas:
Qualifications
1. Understand scheduling and interpreting schedules to subcontractors and our own crew foremen. Understanding of sequence of activities is a must to properly schedule crews and subcontractors.
2. Experience in materials acquisition and tracking. We use B2W Track and experience in this a huge plus but not required.
3. Accurately report labor and equipment hours on electronic time keeping app.
4. Effective communication with all team members.
5. Organization skills
6. Ability to conduct owner and subcontractor meetings in a professional manner.
7. Professional dress and appearance.
8. Accurately report jobsite activities on daily and hourly basis.
9. Ability to read and interpret drawings and specification is an absolute requirement.
10. Bachelor's degree is preferred but can be substituted with 3 or more years of experience.

Stapp consistently completes projects on time for cities like Salt Lake City, Midvale City, West Valley City, Farmington City, Ogden City, UDOT, UTA, The LDS Church, and many others. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
