Job Description
FireFly Automatix, Inc. is accepting resumes for a financial controller position. CPA designation required or in process as well as management experience. Public accounting experience preferred. Job duties will include but not be limited to:
Reconciliation of accounts, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Accounting software knowledge such as QuickBooks or greater.
Management of AP/AR clerks and process.
Inventory optimization and control.
Heavy inventory management and costing experience preferred.
Implementation of ERP experience preferred.
Implementing relevant financial controls.
Management of all payroll and taxes for the company.
Financial Audit preparation and for future possible public company obligations such as 10Q/10K.
Tax preparation and planning, international payments experience helpful.
Responsibilities
Experience in the aforementioned will be considered in the hiring process. We are looking for an energetic dynamic person who may over time evolve into the CFO for the company. The pay grade is 90K annually with a healthcare allowance. Stock options and equity in this emerging growth company will be part of the compensation package for the successful applicant.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
