Administrative Assistant to join our small, dynamic real estate firm, Sold By An Angel Real Estate . Your role will be to support one of our top-producing real estate agent, Janet Marroquin.
The Details:
Suggested hours: Monday through Friday 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in North Salt Lake.
Salary: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour based on experience
No Benefits
Must have reliable transportation and driver s license
Must be able to obtain real estate license upon hiring
We perform a background check and drug screening on all potential candidates
No telephone calls, please

Responsibilities
As our Assistant, you will have the following
Responsibilities:
Provide clerical support
Use office and industry computer applications
Client service, care, and follow up
Coordinate transactions from under contract to close
Design and Manage marketing program
Qualifications

Able to carefully follow written and oral instructions
Consistent in utilizing correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation
Computer savvy with demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
