Accounts Receivable Clerk

Job Description
We are looking for an accounts receivable clerk to provide administrative and clerical services who is a team player, highly organized, detail oriented, self-motivated and friendly, to join our North Salt Lake office staff.
What we offer:
-A comfortable, casual but professional business atmosphere.
-40 hours a week (M-F 8am-5pm) semi flexible on schedule if needed to the right candidate.
-Pay between $16-$18 / HR depending on experience.
-Paid holidays/Vacation/PTO after 90 days
-Medical/Dental/Vision and 401K
Responsibilities
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
-Handling incoming calls
-Greeting visitors as needed
-Managing filing system
-Accounts receivable
-Data entry and cost tracking
-Verify discrepancies and resolve clients billing issues
-Some collections
-General office duties
-Booking travel accommodations and reservations needs as required.
-Organizing per diem payouts
-Various other assigned tasks
Qualifications
Requirements:
-Proficiency in MS Office
-Working knowledge of office equipment
-High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
-Data entry skills with a knack for numbers
-Ability to learn new database systems quickly
-Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
