Welder
Job Description
Mig weld in all basic positions
Set up and use torch for basic cutting and heating procedures
Set up welding machine correctly for current job
Meet and maintain welding requirements from both drawing and oral specification
Safely operate power tools such as drills and grinders
Keep work area clean and organized
Take proper care of all tools and equipment
Work together with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency
Qualifications
Need to be able to lift 50-lbs on occasion.
Must work in a safe manner.
Must be able to follow directions of fabrication lead and other welders as they learn systems.
