We work closely with designers and architects to develop and execute on unique and complex home renovations and additions.

We are seeking talented organizer who has a passion for residential design.
We would love to have you join our team and help to convert our clients ideas into reality.
Provide administrative and clerical support to Interior Designers.
Your tasks will include preparing documents updating client databases taking phone calls handling correspondence greeting clients organizing meetings estimating project costs tracking expenses helping source products etc.
The successful candidate for this role will highlight interior design familiarity creativity telephone etiquette attention to details customer service orientation and multitasking.
To be successful in this position you should have a pleasant personality as this is also a customer service role.
You should also be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner while streamlining office operations.
Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position.
This role may require working in shifts so flexibility is a plus.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
